Swaray The Social Video Interaction and Monetization Platform for Athletes, Content Creators and Fans
Challenge: A seed-funded startup envisioned a social interaction platform surpassing the limitations of traditional social media. Their goal was to foster a dynamic online community for Sports NIL Influencers and their fans, offering seamless integration of features like streaming/recorded video, audio/text communication, direct messaging, and accessibility across mobile and web platforms. To realize this ambitious vision, they sought skilled technical leadership and a software development team proficient in building both mobile and web applications, with expertise in creating secure cloud environments.
Outcome: The Equteq team rose to the challenge, successfully engineering and coding full-stack mobile, web, and management applications that met all product and client requirements. This encompassed the development and implementation of cloud and DevOps services, including video streaming, cloud storage, and CI/CD pipelines for various environments. Filld
Filld was a startup offering a mobile refuelling service, delivering gas directly to vehicles at home or work. Users scheduled fill-ups via an app, eliminating gas station visits.
Challenge: Filld aimed to upgrade their app with better functionality and a sleek design. The goal was a more intuitive, engaging interface.
Outcome: The upgraded app enhanced the performance and featured a refined aesthetic, significantly improving user experience and operational efficiency.
Services: The services provided included Product Design, which enhanced the app from concept to final design, and UI Design, focusing on crafting user-friendly interfaces with an emphasis on visual and interactive elements. Additionally, unmoderated user testing was conducted for further improvements.

Ovis News Blockchain-powered news & media platform dedicated to restoring the public’s trust in news.
Challenge: The founder of Ovis News approached Equteq to help develop the world’s first news and media DApp on blockchain aimed at disrupting the global news and corporate media industry. They knew they needed to develop an MVP fast to secure investment but lacked the technical leadership and capabilities to bring their vision to life.
Outcome: The Equteq CTO was responsible for leading architecture, product development, smart contracts, engineering, team building and cloud initiatives to build, deploy and run Ovis’ DApps. Ovis had a scalable application and tokenized publishing models allowing members of their community to curate and validate content by voting on news story selections, fact accuracy and editorial objectivity.

ORMS
ORMS Fintech Risk Management specializing in risk management solutions for the commercial loan real estate business.
Challenge: With a commitment to innovation and efficiency, ORMS sought to upgrade their legacy application to improve customer service and support business expansion, seeking a modern, scalable solution to streamline operations and enhance customer experience, leading them to approach Equteq with the objective of scoping, designing, engineering, and securing a customized cloud-native web application for their business needs.
Outcome: The Equteq team leveraged its technical expertise that included open-source and cloud-native architecture to create a scalable, secure, and cost-effective application. Working closely with the ORMS leadership & team, Equteq meticulously scoped requirements, product flows, and user journeys. Challenge: PayPal.com’s new members encountered difficulties in completing their first transaction, achieving only a 48% success rate, significantly lower than the 90% for established users. To tackle this issue, a project was initiated to enhance the checkout experience for new members, thereby aiming to increase their transaction success rate.
Outcome: For this project, a user-centered design approach was adopted, focusing on creating an intuitive checkout process for new users. Key pain points were addressed through rapid prototyping and user testing. This iterative process led to the development of two distinct design concepts, which were evaluated through an A/B test.

Pixel Vault is a Web3-centric media company and multi-franchise NFT development platform.
Challenge: Pixel Vault was in a growth phase and sought to efficiently scale their engineering team. Eager to initiate hiring and create a pipeline of suitable engineers, they lacked in-house technical recruiting expertise.
